Used in unwind and rewind tension zones. The easy-to use panel simplify the set-up and operation. Functions include eternal unwinding and rewinding tension close-loop control, two reels exchange smoothly within 0-30s delay time and more. The new reel¡¯s first value being able to be preset and the original reel can storage the current value. Indicator lights allow the operator to see the operating mode at a glance. The tension controller is configured with two tension transducers which has zero adjustment capacity. Zero adjustment automatically when starting the machine.
